These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Insulti Italiani (the "App"), developed and distributed by BinaryBears LLC ("we", "us"). By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. Service description

Insulti Italiani is a language entertainment and lexicographic app that collects regional Italian insults, epithets and colourful expressions for playful and documentary purposes, with meanings, register and source information.

2. Content notice

The App contains offensive and vulgar language, including an optional Vulgar mode. The content is satirical, playful and documentary. It is not intended to encourage hate, violence or discrimination against any person or group. The editorial dataset excludes racist, hateful or protected-class targeting expressions.

The App is intended for mature audiences. You are solely responsible for how you use its content. Using it to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against others is prohibited.

3. Permitted use

The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile, bulk-extract or redistribute the dataset, reproduce the brand, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The App, the name and brand "Insulti Italiani", the mascot, design, interface and editorial curation of the dataset are owned by BinaryBears LLC. Individual dialect words belong to common linguistic heritage; the editorial organization and presentation are protected.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Advertising data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. No warranties

The App and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Although we curate sources carefully, this is a popular lexicographic repertory and we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of meanings, spellings or geographic attributions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinaryBears LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. The current version is the one published on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
